Liz and Nick's Olson Mansion wedding in Maple Valley was nothing short of magical. The clear, sunny weather made a perfect setting for their outdoor ceremony. They had lots little details that were full of love and meaning. The bride, Liz, began the morning in the Olsen Mansion Bridal Suite with all of her bridesmaids helping her get ready. Meanwhile, Nick was getting ready in the equally charming groom's room, sharing laughs and memories with his closest friends.
Their ceremony included many stories of their travels and time spent together and well as a touching foot-washing ritual to signify their commitment to serve one another. The lovely live music was provided by friends from their church. It was such an intimate and emotional exchange of vows that left everyone in awe.
The party that followed was filled with so much joy and laughter. Liza and Nick entertained guests with a choreographed first dance that perfectly reflected their playful personalities. Liz also shared a sweet moment on the dance floor with her three sons, while her parents were honored as the longest-married couple in attendance. The energy stayed high with line dancing that brought everyone—young and old—to their feet. As the evening drew to a close, we snuck the couple away for some stunning sunset portraits that captured perfectly the bliss of the couple and the beauty of the Olsen Mansion's grounds. From start to finish, this Maple Valley wedding was simply a celebration in love, family, and faith.
